Customer Solutions Engineer (New Grad)

Who you are

You are a recent graduate eager to start your career in technology, particularly in the applied AI sector. You possess strong communication skills and a desire to learn about customer solutions and implementation processes. While prior experience in construction or permitting is a plus, it is not required. You are adaptable and open to working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with team members both in-office and remotely. What you'll do

In this role, you will identify fit, blockers, and key implementation paths early to ensure smooth customer launches. You will own the onboarding process from the sales handoff through to go-live, managing customer expectations and ensuring they have the necessary resources for a successful start. You will work closely with various teams to facilitate communication and address any issues that arise during the implementation phase. Your role will involve gathering feedback from customers to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. You will also participate in training sessions to better understand the product and its applications in the construction industry.
