Qualtrics is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the Japanese market. You'll focus on acquiring enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector. Your ability to build relationships is exceptional — you excel at stakeholder mapping and establishing long-term partnerships with multiple contacts within accounts. You understand the balance of give and take in negotiations, ensuring that both parties feel valued and understood. You are adept at engaging with various business stakeholders simultaneously, creating multifaceted sales opportunities that drive growth. Your empathetic nature allows you to understand others' perspectives while maintaining a competitive edge. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative to achieve expected outcomes and adapt to changing contexts. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring enterprise clients and negotiating sales of the Qualtrics XM platform, which caters to decision-makers in marketing, research, and HR. You will guide potential clients through tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, demonstrating how Qualtrics can enhance their overall experience management. Establishing and managing relationships with executives at both Qualtrics and client organizations will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will conduct sales presentations to various departments and levels within client organizations, articulating the product's applications, benefits, competitive advantages, and business terms. You will also facilitate technical follow-ups necessary for closing sales. Your role will involve targeting accounts through prospecting and lead generation, evaluating prospects, and developing closing strategies. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will plan and execute demand generation campaigns. Additionally, you will actively participate in contract negotiations and represent Qualtrics at industry conferences and association meetings.
