What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end program management for model and product launches, ensuring that all teams are aligned and that projects stay on track. You will partner closely with research PMs and engineering leads to sequence work and manage dependencies, navigating technical trade-offs as necessary. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional alignment and decision-making across workstreams, ensuring that teams are unblocked and that launches are executed reliably and efficiently. You will be responsible for orchestrating the efforts of various teams, including engineering, product, infrastructure, and partnerships, to bring Anthropic's AI capabilities to market. You will also play a key role in maintaining the quality and reliability that customers expect from our products, making sure that all launches meet the high standards set by the company.
