This includes influencing technical strategy, advocating for best practices, and ensuring that your team adheres to high standards of quality and performance. You will also engage in code reviews, provide mentorship to team members, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the Banking Products team.
Your role will involve analyzing user feedback and system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation. You will work on enhancing the reliability of existing systems while also exploring new technologies and methodologies that can benefit the team and the organization as a whole. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging your team to explore new ideas and approaches.
