Job Description

Location: Manhattan, New York
Hybrid: Three days in the office, subject to change
 
We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. At CompStak, our mission is to revolutionize the commercial real estate industry by bringing transparency to our clients. Our Client Success team sits at the heart of this mission. The Client Success Manager is a critical customer-facing role which provides daily support, guidance, and growth opportunities to our customers. As a CSM, you will facilitate exceptional experiences and sustained value for CompStak customers by cultivating a relationship as their trusted advisor and advocate based on proactive account management, promoting customer satisfaction, and upsell/cross-sell/renewal of CompStak products and services.
