Who you are

You have experience in health and safety, ideally within a workplace setting, and are committed to promoting a safe environment for all associates. You understand the importance of first aid and are comfortable assessing and administering care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries. Your ability to communicate effectively with associates and collaborate with the WHS team is essential for success in this role. You are eager to learn about OSHA regulations and apply them to your daily responsibilities, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe workplace. You will attend weekly safety committee meetings and engage with new hires to ensure they understand safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include providing first aid support, assessing injuries, and referring associates to outside medical providers when necessary. You will also participate in case management review meetings, contributing to the overall health and safety strategy of the site. Your role will involve advocating for health and wellness principles, helping associates navigate their health needs, and supporting safety operations as required.
