You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for building relationships with stakeholders across various departments. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are passionate about creating inclusive and user-friendly products that meet the needs of diverse global teams.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product strategy for Deel's Payroll Fintech Connectivity, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of businesses operating in a global landscape. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features and prioritize the backlog based on user feedback and market trends. Your responsibilities will include conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth, as well as leading A/B testing initiatives to validate product hypotheses. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
