What you'll do

In this role, you will lead comprehensive security assessments for potential office locations during the real estate evaluation process. You will design security infrastructure requirements and specifications for new buildouts, ensuring they are tailored to the specific compliance levels and facility use cases. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with architects, construction teams, and security vendors across multiple countries to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into the office expansion program. You will also be responsible for managing the operational handoff of security measures, ensuring that all aspects of security are addressed before the office locations become operational. Your work will directly contribute to Anthropic's mission of creating reliable and safe AI systems by ensuring that the physical security foundation is robust and effective.
