Overview

Mozilla is hiring a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for EMEA/APAC employees. You'll ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance across multiple countries. This role requires experience in payroll administration and attention to detail.

Who you are

You have experience in payroll administration, ideally with a focus on EMEA/APAC regions. You understand the complexities of processing payroll for employees across multiple countries and are familiar with compliance requirements related to tax laws and company policies. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring accurate and timely payroll cycles. You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to provide insightful reporting and analysis to support business needs. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance payroll operations. You are adaptable and can thrive in a remote work environment, effectively managing your time and responsibilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will administer end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 200 employees across 11 different countries in the EMEA/APAC regions. You will ensure that payroll is processed accurately and on time, adhering to all relevant tax laws and company policies. You will be responsible for generating payroll reports and conducting analyses to support business needs, providing insights that help drive decision-making. You will also assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. You will stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices, ensuring that the company remains compliant and competitive in its payroll processes.
