Zenoti is hiring a Services Onboarding Specialist to work with customers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll help clients adopt Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in customer success or onboarding, ideally within the software industry. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in an understandable way. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with customers to define their requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process. You are adaptable and can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and are skilled at providing solutions that meet customer needs.
Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the specific needs of our clients. Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions will also be beneficial in this role. A background in project management or experience with CRM tools can enhance your ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to define their requirements and guide them through the onboarding process for Zenoti's software solutions. You will conduct product demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews to ensure that clients are fully equipped to utilize our platform effectively. Your goal is to help clients streamline their operations and increase revenue through the successful adoption of Zenoti's features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve the onboarding experience. Additionally, you will track customer progress and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
