Harvey is seeking an Engineering Manager for their AI Quality team to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI & Search systems. You'll lead efforts to benchmark and improve product quality. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to excellence.
You have a proven track record in engineering management, ideally with experience in AI or quality assurance. You thrive in environments where you can drive quality initiatives and ensure that products meet high standards. In this role, you will lead the AI Quality team at Harvey, focusing on the quality of AI & Search systems. You will develop and implement quality assurance strategies that ensure the accuracy and reliability of our products. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, you will drive initiatives to benchmark product performance and continuously improve quality metrics.
You will oversee the testing processes, ensuring that all AI outputs are accurate, specific, and verifiable. Your role will involve setting quality standards and benchmarks, as well as monitoring compliance with these standards throughout the product lifecycle. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback from customers, using this information to inform quality improvements. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning the team's goals with the company's mission to transform legal and professional services through innovative AI solutions.
