You'll leverage your experience in business development and partnerships to collaborate with C-level executives and manage agency relationships in New York.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, particularly within the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and managing agreements or partnerships, showcasing your ability to navigate complex business environments. You possess a strong understanding of agency business models, both digital and traditional, and have a proven track record in achieving agency success through strategic business techniques such as effective questioning, objection management, storytelling, and engaged selling.
Your expertise extends to managing digital advertising campaigns, focusing on both performance and brand marketing. You are adept at leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You have a keen ability to own a portfolio in a business context, consistently overachieving goals and driving growth. You are passionate about helping partners leverage Google's product offerings to enhance their business outcomes.
Experience in the technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with traditional versus online marketing strategies and tactics. You thrive in environments where you can shape agency programs and act as a thought partner for agency leads on initiatives and planning. Your ability to assess agency needs strategically will be crucial in this role.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) counterparts on cross-channel agencies, aligning on product priorities to provide a cohesive experience for agencies and their clients. You will shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Lead, contributing to initiatives and agency-level planning. Your responsibilities will include assessing agency performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance agency success. You will also manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that agency partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed with Google's offerings.
You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective marketing strategies, leveraging your knowledge of agency business models to foster growth. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance, providing insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize agency outcomes.
