Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Director of Quantitative Survey to lead global survey operations and drive revenue growth through operational excellence. You'll manage a team and utilize tools like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey. This role requires strong leadership and quantitative research skills.
You have extensive experience in quantitative survey research, ideally with a background in managing teams and delivering high-quality survey solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commercial mindset, enabling you to align survey strategies with business objectives. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you are adept at mentoring and developing talent within your team. You are familiar with various survey design tools and data collection systems, ensuring that your team maintains high standards of data quality and operational rigor.
Experience with diverse client industries and regions is a plus, as is a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative survey methodologies. Familiarity with client engagement strategies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of quantitative surveys, developing scalable strategies that align with business goals. You will manage a global team of quantitative survey professionals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of survey projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and diversifying Guidepoint’s survey panel to enhance data quality and respondent engagement. You will identify research objectives, target populations, and sampling methodologies, ensuring that your team employs best practices in survey design and execution.
You will also be responsible for driving operational excellence through consistent process improvements and managing survey design tools and data collection systems such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and Sawtooth. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and client success within the survey team, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $250,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. This hybrid position allows you to work from our New York City headquarters while also providing flexibility. You will be part of a dynamic team that values operational excellence and innovation in quantitative survey research, contributing to the success of our clients across various industries.
