NICE is seeking a Product Owner to define and prioritize product backlogs and delivery plans. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical foundation and experience in Agile methodologies.

Who you are

You have a strong technical foundation and experience in product ownership, particularly in an Agile environment. You understand the complexities of product backlogs and are skilled at defining and prioritizing tasks to meet product goals. Your ability to engage deeply with engineering topics allows you to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Site Reliability Engineering. You are an ambassador for Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team. You thrive in collaborative settings and are passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Product Owner at NICE, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlogs and delivery plans. You will work closely with engineering teams to plan and launch new products and features, ensuring that all requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria are clearly articulated. Your role will involve collaborating with the Product & People team, Software Architects, and the VP of Engineering to tackle new challenges and drive product success. You will actively shape the working environment and culture, promoting Agile methodologies and practices throughout the organization. Your impact will be felt as you help guide the development of innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
