Guidepoint is seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance client relationships and promote their subscription-based research service. This role involves strategic outreach and onboarding new users within the financial services sector, based in New York.
You have experience in client success or account management, ideally within the financial services industry. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and are motivated to help clients maximize their partnership with Guidepoint. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable conducting outreach through calls and emails to engage potential clients. You are data-driven, able to monitor client usage trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. You are eager to learn about the financial services landscape, including hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital, to effectively communicate Guidepoint's value proposition.
As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with senior members of the Client Service team to expand the user base at client firms. You will employ a thoughtful outreach approach to activate new clients and meet project targets. Your responsibilities will include conducting cold calls and emails, monitoring client usage trends, and proactively reaching out to identify any potential pain points. You will onboard new users of the service, educating them on the various offerings available under their subscription. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that clients are satisfied and fully utilizing the services provided by Guidepoint.
Guidepoint offers a competitive salary of $70,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
