Who you are

You are an experienced HR Generalist with a strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements. You have a proven track record of overseeing HR operational functions and are highly process-oriented. Your ability to manage reorganizations and ensure compliance with relevant legal frameworks is essential for success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at building trusted relationships with employee representative groups and other committees.

You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively partner with various stakeholders to deliver a compliant employee experience. Your experience in maintaining and updating HR policies and practices ensures that the organization adheres to local labor laws and regulations. You are proactive in supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as onboarding changes and policy updates, and you have a keen eye for detail when it comes to maintaining accurate HR information across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day HR operational functions within the Belgian and Luxembourg legal entities. You will partner with the wider HR Ecosystem to ensure the delivery of a compliant employee experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and other relevant regulations. You will support various projects and initiatives, such as onboarding changes and acquisitions, while facilitating HR governance processes.

You will work collaboratively and proactively with the business, employee representative groups, and other committees to ensure statutory compliance and build trusted working relationships. Your role will require you to stay informed about changes in local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and that employees are well-informed about their rights and responsibilities.
