Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, particularly in designing and implementing robust software solutions for complex systems. Your expertise in C and C++ allows you to tackle intricate challenges in high-stakes environments where precision and reliability are paramount. You are familiar with Embedded Linux and understand the nuances of developing software for satellite systems. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by a strong ability to collaborate with technically proficient teams, ensuring that innovative solutions are implemented effectively. You are driven by the opportunity to work with cutting-edge satellite technology and are eager to advance into a Principal Engineer position.

Desirable

Experience with satellite technology or over-the-air update capabilities would be a plus. Familiarity with best practices in code organization, clarity, and error handling will help you excel in this role. A background in working with satellite systems or similar high-reliability environments is highly desirable.

In this role, you will design and develop sophisticated software solutions for satellite vehicle systems, implementing best practices in code organization and error handling. You will lead technical architecture discussions and collaborate with a team of engineers to solve challenging problems. Your work will directly impact the proper functioning of satellite systems, ensuring seamless operation and reliability. You will be responsible for maintaining critical software infrastructure that powers our satellite fleet, balancing short and long-term technical needs.
