What you'll do

As a Campus Recruiting Manager at AlphaSights, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level talent. You will lead a team of junior recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance and support as they navigate the hiring process. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract top-tier candidates, ensuring that AlphaSights continues to hire the best and brightest graduates. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
