Your background includes a deep understanding of caching technologies and their applications in modern software architectures.

You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, marketing, and customer engagement teams — you know how to align messaging and build effective go-to-market strategies. Your ability to drive customer engagement and gather feedback is key to your success in shaping product roadmaps.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in guiding product decisions — you have experience in defining success metrics and using them to inform product development. Your strategic mindset allows you to prioritize features that deliver the most value to customers.

You are comfortable navigating complex technical environments and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — your strong communication skills help you articulate product vision and strategy clearly.

Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies is a plus — you understand the challenges and opportunities in modernizing cache workloads. Familiarity with AI applications and their integration into cloud services will enhance your ability to contribute to the team.

What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager - CoreAI, you will define the vision and strategy for Microsoft’s Redis Enterprise service — your role involves driving the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with enterprise-grade capabilities and customer needs. You will prioritize features that enhance performance and reliability, enabling customers to modernize their cache workloads effectively.

You will collaborate closely with Redis Inc. and internal teams to build joint demos and marketing strategies — your efforts will position Azure Managed Redis as a critical foundation for intelligent applications across the Azure ecosystem. You will lead customer engagements, ensuring that their feedback informs product development and enhancements.

Your responsibilities include accelerating migrations and addressing blockers that customers face — whether it's region capacity gaps or API readiness issues, you will work to eliminate obstacles that hinder customer success. You will also engage in technical deep dives to provide insights and guidance to customers and partners.

You will be responsible for developing reference architectures and technical documentation that support enterprise customers — your expertise will help ensure that Azure Managed Redis becomes the default choice for data estate modernization and AI workloads. You will also drive partner readiness programs to enhance the ecosystem around Azure Managed Redis.
