You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, enabling you to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that effectively communicate your design vision. You understand the logistics and eCommerce landscape, which allows you to design solutions that meet the needs of diverse users, from small business owners to large marketplaces.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer in the Exports Squad at Easyship, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the internal application that supports our international warehouses. Your main goal will be to create exceptional user experiences that streamline the workflow of warehouse associates, translating complex operational needs into intuitive designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user requirements and ensure that your designs align with technical feasibility and business goals.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions, iterating on your designs based on user feedback. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate your design ideas to stakeholders. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality of your work.
