Celonis is seeking an Associate Business Development Representative to identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in business development or sales.
You are a recent graduate with a BA/BS from a top university or have equivalent experience. You have some experience in business development, sales, or related fields, whether through full-time roles or relevant internships. You are able to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively, demonstrating initiative in your work. You thrive in environments that require you to be curious and ambitious, ready to contribute to a growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting into strategic business accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies. Your main focus will be to drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives. You will maintain and organize an annual book of business, ensuring that you are a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts, aiming to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
