What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Resiliency Engineering Team at Cloudflare, focusing on building and managing systems that support our solutions. You will ensure that all features and functionalities can be managed at scale, meeting the needs of our rapidly growing customer base. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust systems that can handle trillions of requests per month, ensuring high availability and performance.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations, to define requirements and deliver solutions that enhance our offerings. Your role will involve conducting thorough testing and monitoring of systems to identify potential issues before they impact customers. You will also be responsible for developing best practices and guidelines for resiliency engineering, ensuring that the team adheres to these standards in all projects.
