You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable production systems. You have a proven track record of owning services from design through deployment, and you possess the ability to debug complex distributed systems issues effectively. Your deep expertise in Java, C#, and C++ allows you to design and implement high-performance solutions that meet the needs of a growing platform. You are a strategic thinker who can also dive into the code, ensuring that your architectural decisions align with the long-term goals of the team. You understand the importance of creating abstractions that simplify the work for other engineers, allowing them to focus on innovation rather than technical debt. Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure would be a plus, as well as familiarity with modern development practices like CI/CD and agile methodologies.
