Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Market segment to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You'll drive revenue growth through effective coaching and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and exceeding sales goals. Your ability to inspire and motivate others is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships with clients and team members alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at strategic problem-solving, ensuring that your team remains focused and effective in achieving their targets.
You understand the importance of pipeline management and are skilled at coaching your team through daily and weekly activities. Your experience in cross-functional collaboration enables you to align priorities and resources effectively among sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations teams. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances, ensuring that your team remains agile and responsive to market demands.
Experience in the technology or security sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. In this role, you will lead, coach, train, and motivate your direct reports through regular pipeline reviews and performance assessments.
