What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at SpaceX, you will run a full desk, engaging in a variety of responsibilities that include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, and hiring strategies, acting as a true partner rather than just an order taker. Your role will involve screening candidates who apply to requisitions and discussing your findings with client groups to ensure alignment on candidate profiles. You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates, often reaching out to those who may not be actively looking for new roles, to fill critical positions that support SpaceX's mission.
