What you'll do

In your role as a Compliance Associate, you will support the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing and administering the compliance program at Coinbase. This includes assisting with the development of compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance training for employees, and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be involved in conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues and recommend solutions. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you help ensure that Coinbase operates within the legal framework and maintains its reputation as a trusted leader in the cryptocurrency space. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
