Cin7 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help customers unlock the full value of their platform. You'll focus on retention and product adoption while collaborating with various teams. This role requires strong customer advocacy skills and a strategic mindset.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a software or technology environment. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies that drive product adoption and retention. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for advocating for customer needs within your organization. You are data-driven and can analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, onboarding, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their business outcomes and are committed to delivering world-class service.
Experience in inventory management software or related fields would be a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in sales or product management can also be beneficial as you work cross-functionally to drive customer success initiatives.
