Reality Labs, Regulatory Readiness and Product Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager and industry expert in regulatory compliance programs, with a track record of standing up new programs, scaling initiatives, and designing frameworks that optimize compliance operations. This person will have knowledge of regulatory trends, risk and controls, and experience leveraging AI to build and scale compliance programs. You will provide leadership and direction to the RL Trust Product Compliance team, overseeing the design, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing improvements of the program, and managing high-performing teams.
