You are adept at managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a streamlined interview process from sourcing to closing candidates. You are proactive in sourcing talent using tools like LinkedIn and job boards, and you maintain accurate data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring process, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

Experience in hiring for entry to mid-level positions in software engineering, product management, design, and data/analytics is a plus. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

You will handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously, managing an effective and streamlined interview process from candidate sourcing to salary negotiations and closing. You will proactively source top talent using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Maintaining accurate and timely data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be essential to your success. You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.
