Databricks is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst to support mid-year and year-end compensation planning cycles. You'll work with the Pave platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage compensation data and insights. This role requires a solid foundation in compensation analysis and program management.
You have a strong background in compensation analysis, with experience supporting compensation planning cycles for cash and equity. Your expertise in managing complex datasets allows you to generate clear, data-driven insights that inform compensation strategies. You are proficient in using tools like Asana for project management and have experience with the Pave platform to streamline compensation processes. Your collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that compensation data is accurate and scalable. You understand the importance of compliance and are committed to maintaining high-quality compensation data across various systems. You are detail-oriented and have a history of success in program management, testing, and implementation of compensation frameworks.
Experience with Workday compensation data and configuration is a plus, as is familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of the organization as it grows. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, making you a valuable partner in the compensation team.
In this role, you will support all aspects of compensation planning cycles, including creating and managing project plans in Asana. You will prepare cycle data and configure the Pave platform to ensure smooth execution of compensation processes. Collaborating with IT People Systems, you will ensure that Workday compensation data is accurate and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the compensation team. You will execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system configurations and data flows, ensuring that all tools and systems are functioning optimally. Your role will involve analyzing complex datasets to provide insights that inform compensation decisions, helping to recognize the contributions of every employee. You will partner with various stakeholders to support the implementation of global compensation programs, ensuring that the frameworks and practices scale effectively as the company continues to grow.
