ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Global Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager role spearheads initiatives that transform curious visitors into passionate Audible listeners. This position drives strategies that directly impact global growth metrics while collaborating with our innovative marketing team. The role involves developing insights and running experiments that not only improve conversion rates but shape how millions of people around the world discover and experience storytelling. This position directly influences key business decisions and contributes to Audible's continued position as the world leader in audio storytelling.

This role is open on a 12-month contract.

ABOUT YOU
You're an analytical mind who gets excited about turning data insights into concrete improvements. You thrive on understanding user behavior and have a knack for spotting opportunities to enhance the customer journey. If you're driven to experiment and measure success through A/B testing, while keeping the end user's needs at heart, this role could be perfect for you. Your strong problem-solving skills help you balance multiple stakeholders' needs, and you take pride in seeing your optimization efforts directly impact business growth.

As a Manager, Global Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), you will...
- Define and execute a CRO roadmap based on user insights, the business vision, CRO best practice, Audible international testing key learnings and analytics
- Ideate A/B test hypothesis in line with strategic goals to drive the testing roadmap
- Analyze and initiate qualitative and quantitative insights to gather testing ideas and define priorities
- Plan and execute A/B tests across Audible’s websites and apps to increase the conversion funnel performance
- Evaluate and document test performances and recommend follow-up measures
- Work closely with the global CRO team, the product team and designers as well as with external agencies to create user focused A/B test concepts
- Continuously improve internal CRO workflows and processes related to the roadmap and backlog

- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target or Optimizely), Content Management Systems (CMS) and web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Experience using GenAI in a work context
- Experience working with a global and cross functional group of stakeholders and partners
- Business fluency in English- Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JS
- Basic understanding of UX, usability and design
- Business fluency in one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Japanese
