What you'll do

As an Implementation Consultant at OpenGov, you will oversee the entire implementation process for our solutions, ensuring that customers receive maximum value from their investment. You will establish a solid foundation for the OpenGov solution, guiding customers through each phase of the implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with sales and scoping teams to provide insights that enhance our delivery operations. You will also work closely with the Research and Development team to offer valuable feedback based on customer experiences, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
