You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector or enterprise accounts, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities in these markets. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to position yourself as a trusted advisor, helping clients harness the full power of advanced search analytics. You are passionate about technology and its ability to transform data into actionable insights, and you thrive in environments where you can drive meaningful change.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be engaging with key stakeholders in defense industries. You are results-oriented and have a knack for identifying new use cases that showcase the value of your solutions.

Desirable

Experience in the defense sector or familiarity with government procurement processes would be advantageous. A background in technology sales, particularly in AI or analytics, will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing market dynamics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new and existing customers in Israel's Ministry of Defense accounts. You will deepen engagement with these clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who assists users in leveraging Elastic's search analytics to unlock the full potential of their data. You will champion our Open Source offerings, articulating the value and capabilities of our advanced commercial features to clients.

Your day-to-day activities will include identifying and developing new use cases for Elastic's solutions, showcasing how they can transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and managing the sales process from initial engagement to closing deals.
