Mobile Engineer (React Native)

PadSplit is looking for a React Native Mobile Engineer to lead the development of our mobile applications and strengthen the core experience for members and hosts. This role is essential as we expand our mobile capabilities, enhance reliability, and improve the end-to-end experience across both iOS and Android. You’ll also contribute to web development using React.js and collaborate with backend engineers working in Django/Python.

We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable engineer who thrives in a dynamic, highly collaborative startup environment. You’re someone who can move seamlessly between mobile and web development, make thoughtful technical decisions, and take ownership of delivering high-quality, user-focused features. You’re comfortable working autonomously, partnering cross-functionally, and wearing multiple hats when the situation calls for it.
