Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Technical Content Creator to join the Developer Marketing Team. This innovative and dynamic organization is responsible for helping to build our developer community. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with storytelling, and serve as both a technical content manager and an enthusiastic evangelist.
A successful candidate will collaborate with Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to develop presentations that showcase technical solutions in a compelling way. As a technical creator you will create event content that tells a story, and empower developers to learn and innovate. You will help bridge the gap between technical concepts and practical, real-world applications.
Key job responsibilities
*Build strong relationships with SDEs, acting as a trusted technical partner
*Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to articulate complex solutions into compelling narratives
*Design and deliver technical presentations to captivate developer audiences at events
*Manage cross-functional technical projects from initiation to completion by combining technical expertise with program management skills

- Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience writing high-quality technical content for technical audiences (e.g., engineers, developers, scientists)- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $237,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
