You have extensive experience as a Cloud Solution Architect, ideally with a focus on the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. You proactively act as the voice of the customer, translating their needs into effective industry solutions. Your ability to identify and mitigate blockers ensures a seamless customer experience, and you are adept at leveraging insights from various feedback tools and systems. You have a strong understanding of Microsoft architectures and their competitive context, allowing you to lead and mentor virtual teams effectively.

You are skilled in delivering solutions that align with company methodologies, ensuring that proven practices and patterns are followed. Your proactive approach enables you to identify new opportunities for consumption and usage expansion at scale. You are committed to operational excellence and adhere to proven practice standards throughout all sales stages and activities.

Desirable

Experience with cross-solution opportunities and a deep understanding of customer/partner problems will set you apart. Familiarity with market insights and demand signals is a plus, as is the ability to anticipate gaps that can enable scalable solutions across various customers.
