Finance Operations department seeks a bright, articulated and detail-oriented Chinese speaking Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst to play the important role in Cash Application in MNL, Philippines. This position will focus on Cash Application daily operation & month end closing support. Furthermore, this position will also support process improvement, controller-ship policies and procedures.
Areas of Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Be responsible for daily cash application,customer payback and month end closing.
- Meet the goal for the cash application and complete the tasks in accordance with the SLA.
- Be familiar with AR invoice and cash application processing.
- Other works assigned by manager.
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or above.
- Ability to read ,write and speak Mandarin.
- Microsoft office skill needed.
- Cash application or accounting experience preferred.
- Preferably with Strong AR working experience.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word or similar desktop application.
- Flexible to work in shifts .
- Exemplifies traits of being a team player.
- Has good interpersonal skills, hardworking, flexible, responsive and detail oriented.
- Can work under pressure/ with deadlines.
