What you'll do

You will partner with various teams, including Market P&L, Tech, and Legal, to develop models that enhance understanding of medical costs across networks. Your work will involve connecting diverse datasets, including financial claims and clinical records, to uncover trends and inform negotiations with providers. You will be responsible for creating tools that facilitate data analysis and visualization, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will also contribute to the development of strategies that enhance care coordination and optimize provider networks. Your insights will help shape Oscar's approach to managing medical costs and improving the overall consumer experience. You will report to the Senior Data Scientist and collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
