You possess the ability to develop and execute outbound strategies that create and nurture opportunities within middle market and enterprise companies. You are adept at building relationships with executive stakeholders, ensuring that you understand their needs and can tailor solutions that drive value. Your experience in leading complex product workshops and developing financial analyses showcases your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Finance.
Desirable
Prior experience at a growth stage Internet or Software company is a plus, as it equips you with insights into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in this space. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a culture of humility and receptiveness to feedback.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will own a named account list and develop strategic account plans aimed at winning and expanding business with middle market and enterprise clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring a smooth transition to go live. Your role will involve engaging with potential users to understand their needs and demonstrate how Stripe can help them achieve their business objectives.
You will develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities, leveraging your understanding of the market and your network to identify potential clients. Building relationships with executive stakeholders will be key, as you will need to navigate complex negotiations and lead discussions that involve multiple stakeholders.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will contribute to team projects aimed at refining our sales process, ensuring that we continuously improve our approach to client engagement. You will operate with high agency, taking initiative to drive results while collaborating with colleagues across various functions to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
