DoorDash is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Engineering leaders in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Los Angeles. You'll manage calendars, plan events, and handle project management tasks. This role requires 5+ years of administrative support experience and expertise in G-suite tools.
You have over 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, demonstrating your ability to manage complex schedules and provide high-level support to executives. Your expertise with G-suite tools, including Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides, allows you to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency. You are proficient in event planning, project management, and budgeting, ensuring that team activities run smoothly and effectively. You understand the importance of confidentiality and can handle sensitive information with discretion. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while promoting team culture and cohesion.
Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment is a plus, as it equips you with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques will further enhance your effectiveness in this role. A proactive mindset and a passion for supporting leadership teams will set you apart as a candidate.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for calendar management, ensuring that our Engineering leaders can focus on their strategic initiatives without being bogged down by scheduling conflicts. Your project management skills will be put to the test as you handle multiple initiatives, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure timely completion. You will also be responsible for managing highly confidential information, requiring a high level of trust and professionalism.
