Uber is seeking a Head of Sales for their Advertising division in Japan. You'll be responsible for building a world-class sales organization to drive advertising revenue across Mobility & Delivery products. This role requires strong leadership and strategic direction.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the advertising or technology sectors, and possess a deep understanding of the Japanese market. Your experience includes building and scaling sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships. You are a strong communicator who can articulate the value of advertising solutions to diverse stakeholders, from small businesses to large enterprises. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures to achieve results. You are passionate about leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive performance. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in building high-performing teams and are committed to fostering an open and collaborative culture.
Experience in digital advertising or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with performance marketing metrics and analytics. A network of contacts within the advertising industry in Japan would be advantageous. You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new tools and platforms that enhance sales effectiveness.
