Overview

Kpler is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to focus on new business leads across Europe. This role requires a proactive individual who can excel in targets and become a subject matter expert in Kpler's Maritime/Shipping/Logistics product suite.

Who you are

You are a proactive individual with a strong desire to excel in sales and business development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about the Maritime, Shipping, and Logistics sectors. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs will be crucial in driving new business leads. You have a hands-on approach and are ready to take on challenges that come with inbound sales. You are also a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with the commodities, energy, or maritime sectors will help you quickly become a subject matter expert. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for understanding complex information, which will aid in your success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on generating inbound leads and converting them into business opportunities. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide them with insights about Kpler's offerings. Your goal will be to build relationships and trust with clients, ensuring they see the value in our products. You will work closely with the Regional SDR Team Lead to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and improving lead conversion rates. You will also participate in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of Kpler's product suite and the markets we serve.
