Who you are

You have a strong background in design and engineering, with a focus on creating engaging user experiences. You are proficient in Figma and CSS, allowing you to design and implement motion-rich, responsive interfaces. Your experience includes architecting front-end state for complex, real-time interactions, ensuring performance and stability in your designs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product teams to translate ideas into tangible features. You are passionate about shaping how users interact with software, especially in the context of AI and agent management. You understand the importance of user feedback and are eager to learn from customer interactions to improve the product.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the central experience of how marketers interact with the platform, moving fluidly from concept to production. You will design and build interfaces that not only look great but also function seamlessly, ensuring a smooth user experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the CEO to define new patterns of interaction and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be involved in building and evolving the design system, ensuring consistency across the product. You will participate in regular huddles with the design, frontend, and backend teams to scope projects and set achievable timelines. Your work will directly impact how marketers manage AI agents and configure workflows, making your role crucial to the company's success.
