What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of industry-leading calibration and metrology test solutions for optical components. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the factory rollout of these solutions, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into the manufacturing process. You will analyze user impact based on test metrics and provide guidance to the wider team on how to improve component performance in mass production.
