What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of numerous buildings across your assigned geographical region. You will take a hands-on approach to lead and engage your maintenance team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform at their best. You will partner with senior leadership to define and deliver the maintenance roadmap, setting standards for operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing M&RE-related processes, including the maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration, and overall building upkeep. You will also provide project management support for key strategic initiatives and manage outside vendors to facilitate both planned and unplanned repairs. Ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations will be a critical aspect of your role, as will maintaining a current list of contractors for emergency repairs. You will identify problems and brainstorm improvement strategies to enhance the fulfillment center's operations.
