What you'll do

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Distyl AI, you will own the end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring that the company can scale rapidly while maintaining a high bar for talent. You will work closely with the leadership team to understand business needs and translate them into actionable recruiting plans. Your role will involve developing a comprehensive recruiting strategy that encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

You will lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on building a world-class recruiting function that not only attracts top talent but also enhances the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

You will collaborate with the Head of People to align talent acquisition efforts with overall company culture and values, ensuring that new hires are not only skilled but also a good fit for the organization.
