Tecovas is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to enhance customer experience and manage store operations. You'll support team development and ensure a compelling in-store environment. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

You have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of team dynamics and are skilled in fostering a culture of communication and collaboration. You are adept at managing store operations and have a keen eye for visual merchandising and product placement. You thrive in a customer-centric environment and are committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. You are familiar with omni-channel retail strategies and understand how to implement processes that enhance customer service.

What you'll do

As a Team Lead at Tecovas, you will support the Store Manager in various aspects of store operations, including recruiting and retaining top talent. You will play a key role in creating a succession strategy that ensures the store is always staffed with capable individuals. Your responsibilities will include administering performance appraisals and setting goals for your team members, ensuring they receive consistent feedback and support. You will cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection, demonstrating extraordinary service and acting as a brand ambassador for Tecovas. You will facilitate a positive service environment that energizes both customers and team members. Additionally, you will uphold stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-organized. You will also manage product flow and compliance with shipments and transfers, maintaining an effective store structure and floor plan.
