What you'll do

As a Team Lead for Amazon's GSF Distribution Network, you will initially be involved in planning and executing the launch of the fulfillment center. Your role will then transition to managing the site daily, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for mentoring process associates, guiding them in their roles to meet customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in ramping up the site to the necessary processing capacity, and you will work closely with various teams to solve complex technical and business problems. You will also be tasked with maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the operations.
