Job Description

This is a fixed-term-contract starting in February and ending in December 2025.

The Amazon Business Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and analytics strategy for our subscription program. This role requires a data-driven leader with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business intelligence to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
This is an individual contributor role.


Key job responsibilities
• Growth & Strategy: Lead initiatives to drive membership growth, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data Analysis & BI Tools: Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data, supporting strategic decisions. Conduct deep-dive analyses, create dashboards, and optimize reporting tools without reliance on external data teams.
• Performance Reporting: Own the creation and automation of key reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews) to track KPIs, measure impact, and provide recommendations.
• Marketing Influence: Work closely with marketing teams to expand the visibility of Business Prime, drive increased traffic, and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
• Process Optimization: Work closely with finance and operations teams to refine and develop analytical tools that enhance business performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and partner teams to align business objectives, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with tech teams to define requirements, prioritize projects, and create estimations for implementation.


A day in the life
• Extracting and analyzing large datasets to uncover growth opportunities.
• Preparing key business documents and reports to drive decision-making.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to refine strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborating with marketing and tech teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Automating and optimizing reporting tools to improve efficiency.
• Experience in Product Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, etc.), and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
• Experience preparing and managing business reports such as WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs for senior leadership.
• Strong marketing acumen to influence visibility, traffic, and subscription growth.
• Technical knowledge to collaborate with partner teams on development initiatives, including BRD creation, prioritization, and effort estimation.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders across teams.
