Dropbox is seeking an Industry Solutions Lead for Media & Creatives to drive their multi-product strategy in the creative industries. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans and strategic partnerships. This role requires strong project management and leadership skills.
You have a strong strategic mindset with the ability to align Dropbox’s goals with emerging opportunities in the media and creative industries. Your experience includes building trusted relationships with senior creative, operations, and technology leaders, ensuring that you understand their unique challenges and workflows. You possess excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills, enabling you to navigate complex organizational structures effectively. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred, with an MBA being a plus. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance creative collaboration and drive business success.
Experience in the media, entertainment, or creative sectors is highly desirable, as is familiarity with product development processes and go-to-market strategies. You have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that resonate with creative organizations, showcasing your ability to think critically and innovate in a competitive landscape.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a company-wide vision for how Dropbox, Dropbox Sign, and Dropbox Dash serve the creative and media industries. You will work closely with global teams across sales, product development, marketing, and partnerships to create solutions that address the specific needs of creative professionals. Your responsibilities will include packaging Dropbox AI products and features into compelling solutions that solve creative-specific challenges, conducting discovery to identify issues and opportunities, and leveraging business insights to develop strong business cases.
You will collaborate with sales teams to develop creative workflow solutions that support media, entertainment, and agency customers. This involves understanding their workflows and identifying how Dropbox’s products can enhance content production and review cycles. Additionally, you will co-develop buyer personas with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy for this industry, ensuring that Dropbox remains indispensable to creative collaboration.
Your role will also involve building trusted relationships externally with key creative and media customers, allowing you to gather insights and feedback that will inform product development and marketing strategies. You will gain executive alignment on your vision and initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are on board with the direction you are taking.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $217,600—$294,400 CAD.
